This track is meant mainly for jamming, for example adding lead guitar. It is not arranged by me but produced with an algorhythmic compositions program. In general I don´t like those programs because the results sound musically correct but "dead" and 100% computerisized. But I liked this track and decided to upload here.

This is very cool Rainer. Can you tell me more about the composition process? (I'm a programmer so curious!) Is this software you have written or can it be downloaded? Do you have to provide any input or just press "Make A Tune"? :) +1

R1772 *lol*Groove: Well, I think that´s not the cause:):). But I suppose, in Dance- and Synthesizer-genres sometimes instant loops are used. Nothing bad with it, but I try to program all tracks by myselfs, including drums. That´s why they really cannot compare with real drummers:).About my track: This is done with a tool named "Chord Sketcher".http://sonic-cat.com/chord-sketcher/ Indeed those tracks can be done with "create" only. There was no working demo and I´m not sure If I would have bought it after having tested enough. ( 39 $). The good is: It seems to lead very often to very pleasant and useful songs or better said "templates". In my ears the sound is wonderful "cheezy" sometimes. The con is: You can save the songs in own file format and as a midifile - but NOT general midi. So you have to set track by track in your main DAW with the sounds you
want.AND: No audio output. I recorded this in windows 10 with a tool named "stream what you hear". Depending maybe on which soundcard you use in windows 10 "record what you hear" is disabled, but this tool does the job for me. In my opinion even more con is: You can choose own chord progessions but this is not "you hear what you get" You have to set the chords bar by bar, close the window and click start to hear if your progression is good. Thats not good for me because I can compose and arrange only by ear and need to hear right away what I´m doing:-)):):). Regards Rainer

ArkRockStudio I'm just being sarcastic of course but yea, it is quite fun using the "one note" arppegiators and they sound so good with so many possibilities. Like microwave dinners! +1

R1772 Ark: I agree 100%, and it is a funny theme. But I´m convinced about 1 thing: If any professional composition software or loop-collection would lead to a hit tune, the authors would use it by theirselfs to be rich instead of selling the "hit tools". Same with all music professors knowing all about the art of composing: They are not rich. It seems to need something more which is magic (besides bad taste in modern EDM-products in loudness-war:):):):) +0

GrooveEnth Thanks guys -this is very interesting. I have a novation synth (not that I really play it) and it has a whole load of 'arpeggiated' sounds which I really like. To some extent I try to get a similar effect on some of my bass lines by splitting off the treble and sending it through a tempo-synced delay) +1
