I play the first progression root twice. (Example: D-D-F-E) while playing(and let ring out) the open D string as a drone note or pedal tone.

DanDiplo Cool bass - it's almost like two instruments at once! I like the sinister / eerie feel. Your recording level could be higher though - it's pretty quiet.+1

DClineBass I had the output level low on purpose. The file that's playing was intended for acoustic guitar but I added that same track with higher output for the download option II for Electic guitar or drums. Thank you for the feedback. I'm still learning how to get the "correct" output level for single/multiple track(s). :) B)+0

DClineBass and with the open D string as the pedal tone. I didn't know if it would be off-putting sound wise with a higher level of the output. :|+0
