Thanks Marc. Am certainly trying to modify the sax sound and also think about the music a little differently. Just hope I don't overdo it. Will count on you and others with good keen ears to keep me in check.

Fancy? Probably cheap junk compared to what you and others use! I love being able to modify the sound so completely. I think it also casts off the last vestiges of "sax thinking" and allows me to hear and think just about what might sound good.

LIke the reply to OliVBee, probably cheap junk boxes compared to what you real guitarists use. Just love going to these odd places and thinking differently about the sound and what's played.
