Nico McBrains band before Iron Maiden :) , anybody remembers french band trust
Yes! They were really good at the time. Great guitar riffing and solos. They were as good if not better than those NWOBHM bands. The vocalist was great singing in french but unfortunately, in english, well it didn't work at least for me. They recruited Clive Burr, former Iron Maiden's drummer, when Nicko McBrain left. Thrash metal band Anthrax covered two of their tracks. :)

Good morning all. I recently discovered these two American artists. Two voices, a guitar and a violin. They released an album "These 13".
A mix of folk, country and blues. A retro aspect, but their music reflects well the traditional American music.

Always listening to Pino - as a bass player, you have to IMHO. Here's an interview and also a short (teaser) video: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2021/apr/06/pino-palladino-pop-greatest-bassist-adele-elton-the-who

Here is a tune by french band ROSE featuring the late David Rose on vocals and violin. Love his playing. Quite good singer too. He was in a band called FRED before joining a french band called TRANSIT EXPRESS (which eventually became known as ROSE). Does someone else know and like his work?

Listening to "The Cheerful Insanity of Giles, Giles and Fripp" Album. A very early Robert Fripp album from 68, before King Crimson. Very British pop rock, with Monty python type humour. Worth a listen

Mark Almond one of the most underrated bands. Here one of the best albums of all time in my opinion. With Steve Gadd on drums, Will Lee on bass, Ralph MacDonald percussion and unforgettable Jon Marks`s vocals and Johnny Almond on sax
