Worldwide Disco - VIDEO COLLAB
This is a disco-style template for the video collaboration idea of Dick and Moonchild's. The idea is, if you've not read the thread, to do a video whilst recording your take. The video and audio will be uploaded to a private band area (I hope to create one after this upload) where others can be invited to join if they express an interest. Lovin this! Guys, what the video collab needs now is someone to lay down the chord flow to this. Once that is added, everyone can go crazy on top of that, but please do not create different harmonic branches that will not merge well (hope you know what i mean).
If Marc does the harmonic lines here, that would be a nice start, we might want to ask some bass player as well, but I feel we need one harmonic bas(s/e)-line to keep things on track :) Please do somehow communicate that, thank you :) +1

OK. Here are my thoughts: to this one needs to add an electronic fat kick drum, and percussion to have groove. Mark will add harmony, I'm bass and fat)

Thanks, Alex. In terms of the kick sound, that's more to do with my mixing skills than anything else. I believe the audio will be re-mixed when the video is constructed so any improvement can be dealt with there. There's no shortage of power and punch in that Spaun kick.
As for percussion, hopefully someone will join for that later on as some kind of bongo/conga line would be perfect. +0
