Heartbeat
This amazing blues by sami and mpointon would deserve a more bluesy voice...but I had so much fun singing it! :)

I know it wasn't your intent, but the vocals on this beat make it sound like a chain gang work song. Great guitar licks.

Very sorry as there was nothing meant to be negative about that. Many of those work-songs from slaves and chain gangs are amazing and predecessors of the blues and eventually Rock music.
Work songs almost universally have an honesty/integrity not found in most pop music. They are REAL and sung from the heart and soul.
Once again very sorry if you interpreted that negatively. (I occasionally teach ethno-musicology, so have the utmost respect for any culture's music that isn't a product of commercialism.) +0

Now it's my time to say sorry Wade, because I didn't get the correct meaning of what you said (I thought it was the exact opposite, maybe I've to practice better my english :)).
In fact, in writing that repetetive "loop" I was insipred by blues of origins :)
Anyway, I like criticism, so be free to express your opinion even if not positive (if Wikiloops managers agree :)) +1

All good. I try to be honest with players and (hopefully) helpful. The moderators don't like to see negative comments, especially if it seems spiteful, but factual or helpful comments are OK.
