Biografia

Just joined Wikiloops. Hopefully I can get to recording and uploading soon.

Drums – Played mostly on and some off since 1977. Started when I was 4. It's probably my biggest passion and love. Music is incredible and I can't imagine life without it.

I had to move in with family after two severe neck surgeries over the last 3 years. Trying to get back on my feet and back to drumming and hopefully working from home. I'm a broadcast video editor by trade... now I have a home video editing setup.
One prob is the family can't take the loud volume drum practicing, so I have to squeeze it in when people are gone, which is very rare. So sad. :(

I grew up playing drum set in large church orchestras most of my life, and then on to praise bands. I still believe that is the hardest environment to play in. So many varying levels of talent or no talent and so many different musical styles. And lots of reading charts and music. And also changing tempos if the director decides to on the fly. :)

Studied symphonic percussion in Jr High Band and High School Band at a high level. Was fortunate to have a full time percussion instructor at our school that blew my mind.
