cool playing :) you tend to mix yourself too far away systematicly which results in unbalanced tracks imo ... nice sound ! +1

Xpelair! Thanks OliVBee. I have no idea how to best record or mix and it's always been a problem. I have no idea how to gain the kowledge as most you tube type tutorials presume you already have some knowledge or are a guitar player. Playing an acoustic instrument means that I need to be able to hear what's needed to fix issues that may be microphone placement, use of reverb, delay, EQ etc. I'm concentrating on just trying to play well and really don't know what sounds or is right other than being forward (solo/melody) or back in the mix (backing). Always easier to be back a bit and not be trashing the previous template/adds. The goal (for me)is to be part of the track and not trying to own it. I think it takes someone else (independent) to make the best decisions for mix, and of course they need to know how to do it. I'm neither. +1
