It's a Jazz-oriented Samba with a wee 4-bar drum intro. It doesn't have a set form but follows basic song ideas. The tempo is 101 bpm (sorry, I didn't check beforehand and 100 would have been the obvious mark ;) It has a little reverb but I kept the overall sound percussive for some live feel zing.

Lush! The melody of Ary Barroso's "Aquarelo do Brasil" played on cavaquinho sounds pretty nice against this (I tried hacking away at it a bit) ...we'll see if something postable emerges.... regardless, inspiring to play against... +0
