The Chord progression of this Walking bassline is in Minor i-iv-v-iv/i or 1-4-5-4/1 Aeolian E (E-G-B-Bb) Dorian A (A-C-E-C) Phrygian B (B-D-B-Bb) Dorian A/Aeolian E (A-G-Gb-F) Bb,C,Bb,F are leading tones in the walking bass line. The Dorian/Aeolian might be confusing. Since i play it in open string position. I played the Root of A Dorian minor then moved to E Aeolian playing in descending interval order( Open A 3rd string to G-Gb-F of the 4th E string) to make it easier to repeat the progression.
