Diving Underwater its so important to relax and breathe calmly...this conserves your air and prolongs your dive, it is a place I know something about, as a Scuba Diver......From the cold dark forbidding lakes and quarries of UK to night in the Caribbean Sea gliding the current with a giant turtle for company....
