GemmyF yeah, well if you are also stirring your clothes with a stick, while they are getting "clean" in a black caldron pot over a fire (which is also cooking some possum shanks) then I'd say you are right there in that suburban mood I was shooting for. Bon Appétit:D +1

GemmyF when my dad was losing it....he used to "wash" his clothes like that---in a 2nd floor apartment....tub overflowed several times....Cost too much to go to the free laundry room and do his laundry....or maybe just too gentrified.....That nut was a tough one to crack and know the goings on inside there! +1
