actually I would have liked to be in the version with Ron, but for some reason it just didn't work out. Now I played to the cool base of "frenzie". I tried to lay a bass line with the EWI. Thanks a lot, it was fun. Greetings from the EWI- Laboratory

Pewi Vielen Dank,jedesmal lerne ich neues, wenn ich wieder einmal ein Bassbegleitung versuche. Hier habe ich bemerkt, dass es am besten ist, wenn man den Bass nicht bewusst wahrnimmt. So richtig hört man ihn nur wenn man will, oder wenn der Bassist einen Fehler macht:| +1

wjl Richtig, bei einem Bass spielt sehr viel mit, sowas wie "Wohlfühlfaktor" - deswegen mußt Du als Bassist sogar überlegen ob und wann Du ihn mal weg läßt (geht bei den meisten "Walking Bass" Jazz Standards zum Beispiel nicht, da werden die Viertel einfach erwartet). Hier hat es mich gewundert wie fein perkussiv Du den Bass anblasen konntest. :) +1

wjl Ah - Du meinst wahrscheinlich die Flagiolet-Töne die man anschließend dann auch noch "ziehen", also in der Tonhöhe verändern kann? Das geht nur auf bundlosen (auch Streich-) Instrumenten :) Außer natürlich wenn Du eine Taste/Klappe für Flagiolet und eine weitere für Pitch Bend hättest... das können wir ja in Steinfeld mal vergleichen, freu mich schon drauf :) +1
