Better to eat chicken drumsticks rather than wooden drumsticks for sure. Two culprits to blame: 1. greedy "me first" types who take too much. 2. Head in the sand politicians who were aware of a successful Chinese model for containing this but decided "business as usual" was more to their liking. Now that the horse has bolted they'll secure the gate tightly and try to pretend that it was that way from the beginning.
