Great little tune here from Sami. Although from the outset I didn't hear 'funk' at all, I heard Hal Blaine in Wrecking Crew mode doing a classic '60s beat - a sort of surf meets motown, Monkees-style. So that's where I went... Pretty straightforward stuff with the signature skip beat on the snare and a bit of token 'surf' beat on the toms at the intro and outro for fun. Enjoy. No reverb on the HD.
