Thanks for your listen Marc; the harmonics were already present; I just cut some low end frequencies, added some presence and applied a smooth compression to unveil them. :)

Good choices in track you're making. This mix although not too loud overall has some issues with being over-driven in the bass. Might be my headphones, but they usually don't tend to have a problem.

I felt exactly the same about it, but again, it's more a weak point of the original than a result of the mix that can not (always) resolve the issues of the basic recordings and mixes. I have noticed that the bassrecordings are often far too upfront.:|
