C'est un son qui se sépare joliment de la guitare pour passer au second plan. Il me rappelle le jeu d'une scie musicale. Je l'ai fait à partir du synthé ES2 de Logic Pro X en écoutant le seul morceau que je connais qui utilise la vielle à roue :

It is a sound that separates nicely from guitar into the background. It reminds me of playing a musical saw. I made it from Logic Pro X synth ES2 while listening to the one piece I know uses the Hurdy Gurdy:
