Another from my to-do list whilst I was absent. Great loping blues here from FMBasser. Simple stuff from me, more an exercise in restraint and control than anything else. I feel the track has a 'Wild West' darkness to it - a pending showdown, if you will - so wanted to reflect that mood in the drum part. Time is played as 8th notes on the floor tom throughout with an alternating backbeat between the snare and my second-lowest tom. ...
