This is interesting as the whistle gives a strong Celtic flavor that's somewhat unexpected with the oriental strings. A very beautiful sound.

Thanks Wade, glad you and others enjoyed it but was hoping I could make the whistle sound uncelticky so didn’t succeed in that respect :D

It's in the ear of the beholder! It's almost impossible, like hearing a Scottish bagpipe trying to play a Bossa Nova.
The sound is lovely (not the bagpipe!) and you play it with so much feeling. I don't see/hear a problem. +0
