I like what you're playing, but there is a tuning problem. Not your fault as you can't tune your flutes to other instruments, but you can correct the pitch in Audacity. Highlight your track and go to effects. Hit change pitch and change the pitch of your flute to match the guitar. This can also be done for single notes by just highlighting them. Sounds like maybe lowering your flute by .3 would do the trick. +2
