Thank you and a nice observation on “Clave”.
I’m a learner, but understand the Son and Rhumba Clave as 2 plus 3 (or 3 plus 2) over two bars of 4:4. This track has the clave fitting into one bar of 6:8. Clave can be thought of as “call and response” where the “question” has hits on the “and” of beats (8:8 or 6:8) and the answer is on the beat. | X & 2 X 3 & X & | 1 & X & X & 4 & | (x is hit).
