I’ve seen you
You often sit alone
Head wondering in the clouds
As unnoticed crowds, they pass you by
Oh how I wonder too, what do you think of?
Is it a memory you’ve shared
Something blurred and not yet come to pass
Or do you dream of home?
And a love which lasts
And all the laughs, but always gone too fast
I’ve thought of asking your name
But it’s not the same as knowing your soul
You’ve stolen the clouds which conceals and shrouds
Your beauty, the mosaic of atoms from the stars
Reaching out from afar
Watching from the sky
Sent to cress my weary eye
Have you noticed me too?
Or am I stupid to think
That every ferry tale
Doesn’t have to be boat which sinks
I’ve seen you
You don’t have to be on your own
You’re not alone
I’m with you
For all time
