Hey Adu! I had hoped that this approach would work. The track is somewhat repetitious, so backing the first part then blasting off seemed like the right approach to keep it fresh.

Hey freu! Really appreciate the comment. Got to admit that I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to editing. To my ears the mono sound of the sax is less "intimate". Where to put it? right, left, center? I really need hands on coaching. OliVBee would probably help if I can back to Paris sometime. Getting the initial recording right + EQ and filtering are probably more important. As said I haven't got a clue. I guess my edit ears are still those of a novice. I'm just happy if I can play something that's appreciated for its musical value (at this stage). Cheers man. Critical comments are always welcome...just wish I knew what to do about this one.
