My bass comes from a remix of this track (#74558)
The Drums are from mpointon's remix of this track (#77686)

Just mixed (sync) and an evelop filter added on Bass
I've thought it would be a cool funk template

I can play a little bit of slap, not really my thing but my biggest problem ... is recording it ... seems to drop right out of the track. Yours sounds just like it should. Clean and loud. Good! +1

Tofzegrit A pain to find a cool tone&level recording/monitoring. I had to increase the input level on my soundcard (almost to the max) then Amplitube3 for preamp and effects (TraceElliot sim. is The most clean neutral sound) and I added cubase effects (comp, filterQ and doubler).
I have a simple indonesian Squier JB with EMG pickups +2
