How do I create an Album?

Okay.... I must be missing something. I looked for about 30 minutes and cannot for the life of me figure out how to create an Album. Can anybody lead me in the right direction?

start by creating a playlist,
then visit your profile -> playlist tab,
select the playlist, click "edit" -> "prepare album"
