Keep me logged in

I'd like to see an option to stay logged in for a longer period of time, along the lines of either a 'Keep me logged in' toggle, or some setting which allows increasing the time period of a login beyond the one day we have now. Indefinite would be great, or at least something like 30 days would already be a great improvement. Not only would it avoid having to log in multiple times a day when using different devices, like it is now, it would also enable a better experience when clicked mailed links, since if one is not yet logged in when clicking these, the destination is not remembered after being redirected to login. I think the security risk of this is minimal, and could be further mitigated by posting a caveat like 'Using the Keep me logged in feature is only recommended for private computers'.
