If you have e-drums with only Left and Right outputs (no direct outs), here's how you can record multitracks:
1) Record Left-Right outs plus MIDI.
2) Learn what MIDI notes correspond to each piece of your kit, i.e kick, snare etc.
3) Mute all MIDI notes exept for kick.
4) Send MIDI back to module and record kick.
5) Repeat for each piece of the kit.
Yes, tedious, but doable.
This way you can set levels during mix, add reverb etc.
