Log In Blues

I was wondering if anyone has experienced any problems logging in to Wikiloops recently. On Friday or Saturday I tried to log in as usual with my e-mail and password and got a 'does not recognize this account' message, I used the 'forgot my password' option and received a 6 digit code via e-mail and entered it and was able to choose a new password which got me back in. Problem solved I thought:W but unfortunately it was short lived because the next day I tried to log back in and got the same 'does not recognise this account' message. Since then I've changed my password probably 10 times which has allowed me to upload, download and listen etc. I messaged Dick today and am waiting to hear back. If anyone else is having log in problems please comment.

I haven't heard anything from other users experiencing similar issues. Did you try the usual steps when experiencing problems such as deleting cookies, empty cache, try a different browser, try a different computer or device? That will tell you if it is a Wikiloops problem or your device. Let me know

Thanks TeeGee, I had tried different browsers with the same result but after deleting all cookies this morning and entering a new password I've been able to log in normally, until now at least, thanks again for your help :W

Cool stuff, hopefully this is sorted now. By the way, this cookie deleting and emptying caches is something I always do whenever I have a problem with a website or app, they keep changing stuff and in most cases this solves the problem. I am not a computer guy, but it seems to work :D
