Can someone catch me,
I’m falling,
My emotions overflowing,
Keeping me from rising.

This world is getting overwhelming,
I’m fighting just to stand,
My knees are bending,
The pain is excruciating

My mind won’t stop, it keeps on going,
Battles in my head unending,
I’m screaming quietly inside,
Trying not to break, pretending.

Someone please catch me,
I’m falling again,
I’m losing my balance,
But I won’t give in.
I’m tired of fighting
What I can’t see,
If I let go now,
Will someone catch me

Every step feels heavier,
Like I’m walking through the storm,
Trying to hold myself together,
Just to feel a little more whole.

I wear a smile like armor,
Hide the cracks beneath my skin,
But I’m running out of strength now,
And the walls are closing in.

Someone please catch me,
