Account access error

Hello, I'm Xavi (ivax). I'm using this old account I had to report this issue...
For some strange reason, the ivax account has been blocked. I don't have access to it. It says the user doesn't exist, and the name, avatar, all personal information, and membership have disappeared. I appear as "ign1775505341," and it's impossible to access it.
