As seen:
§81 Thou shalt spread the word beyond the village
Sharing tracks on social media helps new musicians discover the rabbit hole.
The rules state that we can't take tracks elsewhere without permission from the site and all those on the track.
Permission requested nearly a year ago and repeated several times for use on an educational site never got an answer. All personnel on the tracks have given approval.
Where are we at?
There is a need for clarification.

Sharing a track on social media means that you post a link to a track on wikiloops on a social media platform.
The track itself stays on wikiloops, where the mandatory author-credits are displayed, so this in no way conflicting with the use-rights.
All of the "share" buttons on wikiloops work this way, links are being shared, that's all.
Concerning the second half of your request:
If all participants agree on the intended outside use, you are good to go, wikiloops has no veto rights on what you do with your music, the crucial part is that you need consent of all collaborators. Since you have that, go ahead.
Of course, links or mentions of wikiloops are a nice touch to add, but that isn't a requirement.
Hope this clarifies things :)
