Free-style Topfen Palatschinken.
New experiment.
Spelt flour 1060 two large spoons, Dinkeldunst two large spoons, vanillin sugar, two eggs, one Schluck milk, citron, a Prise salt, and liquid Stevia for the sweet. With butter into the pan it goes (@Nick, yes butter it thoroughly). Mix Tworog cottage cheese with ... And put it on top. This recipe is incomplete and needs further elaboration.

A good idea to integrate the fat Tworog cottage cheese into the Teig beforehand?

I decided to integrate the Topfen Quark Tworog 250g directly into the Teig. Seems to work!
