I might be a little to loud. What do you think?

TeeGee
Hey, yes you got some issues with the volume. I can only suggest the following: When you download a good sounding track, leave the volume of the backing track as is, i.e on "0" and then record your guitar at about -3 db, and slightly adjust your volume to match. Looking at the previous track, see how the wave form is, and compare it to what you generated. Mixing is a difficult subject, and the more you do it the better it will get, promise :D . If the recording volume of your guitar is too low, you can increase it either by a louder signal (turn up the guitar) or turn up the recording level. And if all else fails, you can double your guitar track for extra volume. See if you can work with that :)

Thanks for the advice TeeGee. My recording setup is a little unusual so I don't know if I can work that way. But I have figured out how to be more granular in my volume.
