I love finding gems like this drums and percussion track. Truly inspiring to play over. I chose to layer four horns (2 Tenor and 2 Soprano Saxophones) in a conversational way. If you can find room to add please do. I normally leave acres of space for others but I got somewhat lost in the moment....apologies...thanks as always to the guys for laying down such fine templates and to you if you have time to listen. Wayne really is truly on another planet...he refers to each note of the chromatic scale as having a particular character and he even has a pet name for each one (not just A A# B etc)

Thanks Ernie....I used the scale that goes D D# F# G A# C and a few alterations along the way...Eastern if you will Gm Harmonic to be more pedantic...personally I don't care much what people call it as long as it sounds right:D

The only pet we have at home is a long haired cat named Lucy....mind you Ernie she's collared me a few times with her claws just when you think she's in a nice peaceful place...The track was originally called Shango (something like that anyway) so I thought it fitted well enough:D
