I couldn't resist joining the all star musicians in this beautiful tribute Roger wrote for Carl. Nick's lyrics and vocal addition from track #236153 really moved me. I'm so glad Roger mixed them back in. Ray's drumming and Ernie's bass really put it all together. Great song my friends. RIP Carl.

Funny that you should say that because Carl had a bad case of ego back in the 80s. he would stand with one foot on a chair and the other one on a table while playing lead to some classic rock songs... Those were great times !!! :W

I have a similar friend. I almost lost him to cancer a decade ago but he managed to beat it. He was the bass player in a few groups I was in and the singer in the last. He developed lead singer flakiness. I was the only person who had enough patience to reason with him and turn him around when he drifted from reality (which was too often). I wanted to kill him at times but refrained. :D :D He calls me from time to time and we get talking about old times, different songs and gear for hours. It's been a while, I should call him.
