Not the tempo I would have expected, but certainly exciting and it works. Your drum line reminds me of an old Jazz tune called Poinciana as played by the Ahmad Jamal trio. Similar piano with the drums taking a faster but wonderfully musical bounce. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0e2G32f3IU +1
