Great gentle bass track. An experimental slightly avantgarde sax add. Ugly and dissonant against the mellow bass. Not sure that it works but...

Patrick, to my ears, the line works very well, except that the mix "clips" due to saturation, then when I have time I'll try to make a balanced mix with the HD sax ;)

Yes totally agree. I think the bass was quite strong to start and then my mixing was not good. The plus side is that my alternative title is now true!

You've recorded the bass too loud, making it all distort. Look at the waveforms for both. You've totally destroyed it!
