Good selection of instruments and harmony, lead and backing ideas.

Sometimes there can be difficulties with samples that have slow attacks compared to others with fast attacks. That can make timing difficult. Also editing lots of instruments increases the difficulty of timing. You're definitely hearing good lines to add. +2

ulfberth Thank you. Strings is an experiment. They sound nice, but samples do not have the expressive quality of the modeled instruments. I am about to explore modeled strings, which may offer more control. My interest lies in being able to use the sounds that offer realism, since I don't have the time to learn to play the acoustic version. I should have started as an adolescent. My aim is to use these digital versions to hopefully have a good enough sound, that it's not an issue, so listener can concentrate on the music. +1
