Can't Find My Keys In Rio
Another gem from Cody which has been sat on my to-do list. I thought about getting all dance beat on its ass but something about the tune suggested a sort of Samba with a back beat. Basically, the kick, hi-hat foot and ride autopilot whilst I hit the back beat on the snare.
Starts out initially with, I think, a Bembé/samba pattern on the snare/tom going into the backbeat a bit later.
It just seemed to work. Enjoy.
