I can give you some lyrics for now. Maybe a song will come later :)

I took my bike out for a spin
I was happily riding along
Then whoops, I landed on my chin
I wondered what went wrong

Although it hurt and I saw blood
I knew it wasn't looking good
I got back up hoping no-one was near
Had I braked too hard, was I in the wrong gear?

I looked down at my crumpled bike
twisted out of shape
I saw my front wheel on a hike
making its escape

It could have been a pot hole, loose gravel or snapped chain.
It could have been a puncture or leaves wet from the rain
Perhaps I was distracted, exhausted, unaware
Then I noticed, where I fell, some tram tracks lying there

Now I'm left sitting on the grass
my wheel still rolling far away
And I've got bruises on my ass
Not such a happy day.
