Folks run for cover when he rides into Town
He can turn you to jello with his real mean frown
It's a shame his holster keeps slipping down

Bang Bang Bang let's join his gang, his friends all call him Slim
But when he's standing sideways on... you just can't see him

Don't mess with Sheriff Shorty or you're gonna die !


He's been in the saddle for 40 odd years
His legs are bowed but he don't shed tears
Shame he gets drunk on just 2 beers

He ain't go muscle but he got brain
His hair and teeth are on the wain
He has to take care walking over a cattle drain

Bang Bang Bang let's join his gang, he's quickest on the draw
But when he goes into Town he walks under the Saloon door

At the end of a long day on the Range he ties up his horse, Ginny and beds down for the night with Missy, his pussycat
But if it gets windy they have to tie him down cuz he don't weigh much more than his 10 Gallon hat !

He don't play guitar - he don't chew gum
He don't eat bears (they upset his tum)
He's got short legs but he's got a cute little bum
